Music Background I have absolutely no formal training in singing or song writing & really couldn't give a toss about finding a winning hit song formula, it's not why I am here. I just apply what I have learnt & picked up from my musical influences along the way, alongside writing from experiences & from within. I originally joined as a lyricist to deliver what was in my head & heart but I had no takers so I decided to do it myself with the help of some other talented people. (special thnx to Gerald Grech, George Coutts, Joshua Irwin & Kyle Goodrich) May have been a mistake me trying to sing but I will let you be my judge (typical me using the instrument that’s the most exposed & open to the most criticism, I should have stayed behind the pen or the drums, what the hell was I on at the time?). Although I prefer to write my own stuff (it’s much more of a release for my soul) I have covered a few favourites here, but purely just for my own fun. I am not addicted to production, yes it’s important but it’s not the be all & end all, for me the feeling & emotion of music is far more important. I only use the recording process as a vehicle to save my thoughts, feelings or particular mood at the time, no more & no less, a sort of musical diary if you will. If you can hear it & maybe even like it, then I am happy, just think about it, a blind man would love to see what I see, a man with no legs would love to walk in my shoes & a deaf person would love to hear even HALF of what I can hear! All I know is writing lyrics is amongst the things that I take seriously in Life, & there isn’t much I take seriously as people who know me will tell you. My philosophy in life is play to what you believe to be your own strengths not what people expect of you! So this is a basically somewhere for me to do just exactly that! Listen on headphones if you can coz music is more intimate & for me has more meaning
