I'm Alex, I'm 19 and living life in Lubbock! I'm originally from Odessa, TX, but I wanted the college life, so I came up to Texas Tech. Anyway, I love music, I've been messing with it since I was 6, but I became educated with multiple instruments in junior high and high school and I never stopped playing. I've always been writing, but I write music that captures your imagination, and nothing else, no matter what genre it is. I've been blessed with musical ability, and I even have perfect pitch, which if you have is REALLY REALLY helpful with just about anything musical! I hear stuff all the time, I've been in a few bands as a drummer and bass player(Triple Threat, J.J. and the Poor Kids, Second Nature, Smash Palace, The Local Nobodys, Funky Luck and The Astronauts, and I'm currently involved with Gelbertone as a drummer/bassist/pianist/guitarist! I've jammed with all sorts of people and even met certain celebrities through my music, as well as professional musicians, like Los Lonely Boys, Tommy Lee Jones, Jenna Bush, Fausto Cuevas, and Lalo Davila. I didn't really start messing with GarageBand until my roommate needed a hip-hop CD for his final exam in his rap appreciation class, so once I started, I became addicted, and so now any music I hear in my head gets put on my computer, so you can expect multiple genres from me, cause I love just about every type of music because of the way I've been educated!
