Kevin Jones from Philadelphia - but my friends call me Bud. I live in Brooklyn NY with my wife and two teenage kids. I'm a cameraman by trade and a musician at heart. I've been playing music in one form or another since I was 12. Clarinet lessons briefly till I sat on it and broke it, and then I traded the bits in for an electric guitar and took a few lessons to get started. I don't consider myself a proficient musician, however that hasn't stopped me from having a great time through the years playing with other people and recording in any way possible: boombox - 4 track - studio - and now GarageBand. I grew up listening to my sister and brothers' jazz records as well as all the popular music of the sixties. My tastes are varied and my appetite for new sounds has never stopped growing. Lately I've had the opportunity to collaborate with my brother Will aka willnlf who lives in California. It's been a really exciting adventure for us and we're both grateful to have this avenue for our music. I've also had the privelege of working with numerous other members of the community and consider it a real gift to be a part of this social experiment. NEW NEWS: My daughter Stella has her own page here now stellalucia and has just posted her first song Mnemonic (reprise). Our first collab Ghosts in the Picture was recently posted here, and michael2 just reminded me that his Level of Actual was also a collab with Stella.
