Chroma Specter is a killer mix of Alternative Pop—Rock—Electronic—Downtempo—Ambient and places in-between. The saxophone and synth play alongside rocker guitars, catchy vocals, smart lyrics and an infectious groove mindset that's unique and refreshing.
My name is Christopher Watson. I listen to and am influenced by a wide range of music, from Electronic to Jazz to Rock/Funk/R&B and places in-between. I've been playing saxophone since I was about 10 years old. I also sing, play the bass and work all the synths, programming and percussion for Chroma Specter music. Lola Hollywood helps out on vocals, piano and synths on occasion. Cut my teeth playing in rock bands in the 90's and early 00's, and toured regionally in the southwest and western US in my previous groups "Sofa", "LoveSeat Daredevil", and "Corey Cluff & The Spin".
Other aspects of myself are: Graphic Designer, Musician, Photographer, Mtn. Biker, Snowboarder, Adventure Racer, Marathon Runner, Xbox Nerd, and Dad/little kid wrangler. Thanks for stopping by.
