Bio:
Artists who practice multiple art forms tend to siphon inspiration from one outlet to another. For me, those artlets are, in order from most to least practiced, digital music composition, novel writing, abstract photography, martial arts and my oldest talent, pencil drawing.
I used to take a college program called Insight where my Christian worldview was reinforced through Scripture and I was equipped to interact gracefully with other world-views, harvesting redemptive truth from them. Today I want to live as if I were still studying in that program. I believe that one of the gifts God gave me was the ability to learn about human beings. My music might be affected by this.
As for music itself, I've been at it since the summer of 2004 (just before high school) and I've always loved creating majestic atmospheres. Someday I'd like to make a living by composing/producing soundtracks or maybe even putting my stuff on the radio (once I get a feel for what the people want). This is a great place to learn.
Whether it's audio engineering or philosophy, I dig any feedback you can give on my songs. Please listen with your heart and feel the stories I've tried to tell. Thanks for being here.
In Truth,
Matt.
