I'm a very isolated but creative person who grew up listening to Jewel. i travel constantly and have never stayed in the same place long enough to grow roots. I don't know any musicians and have only performed publicly twice. Fingerpicking is pretty much all i know. I'm trying to write songs and this site is my first attempt at publicaly posting whatever i happen to write. im open to any suggestions and i would love to have people inspired by jewel, sondre lerche, or sarah mclachlan drop by a message and point me to their songs that theyve posted. im gonna post up some of my work with as little expectations as possible. i know im not gonna be anywhere near as good as some of the people ive heard. all i want to know is what people think of whatever i write and whether or not theyre worth pursuing as serious work. well, fun, but serious too. more fun hopefully. anyway, im brave, i can take criticisms. please be honest. thanks!!

I started playing the piano since i was 4. i kept stealing my sisters' keyboard to teach myself how to play. then i learned to play the trumpet for some unknown reason. after that, i taught myself how to play the guitar. thats when i became more creative at music
