Bio:
PBGB was ‘born’ in 2005 in a sturdy brick double garage which has become known as ‘The Shed’.
It's a constantly changing "collective" of like-minded musicians with varying degrees of colourful (musical) pasts, and currently consists of (in order of appearance): Peter Reid (drums/vocals); Gus Washbourne (guitar/vocals); Neil Porter (guitar/bass/vocals/production/geekie stuff); Chris Ralfs (bass); Ken Vatcher (drums/vocals). Some recent visitors include: Bob McGowan (guitar/vocals); Brian Kille (sax); Denise Hosack (vocals); Mark Bolsius(keyboards); Lyndon Lewis (guitar); Kevin Breeze (bass); Cathy Middleton (keyboards/sax); Garry Jones (guitar/vocals); Andy O'Donnell (vocals/guitar); Dave Crowden (bass/guitar); Sasha Dee (vocals); Jenny Halper (vocals), Pol O'Shea (guitars), Dave Hannagan (vocals), Jem Savage (soprano sax/piano), Frankie J Holden (harmonica/vocals), Raymond Toms (keyboards, vocals, flute, drums, percussion), Mareta Collins (keyboards, vocals, bass), Mandy Siegel (vocals, guitar, keyboards).
Gus, Pete, Neil, Raymond and Kev (so far) provide the original songs we concentrate on. At the moment our main activity seems to be recording (live) events in The Shed. It is rumoured we may get back to gigging some time soon(ish) - but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting if I was you.
