On 9/11, 2004, a renegade band of concerned musicians recorded a new national anthem. They called themselves Phantom Patriots and their new anthem is F.U.W. Not only is it a damn-funny protest song, it's an inspiring rallying cry for the masses. You see, these Phantom Patriots were sick of simply being angered and frustrated by Bush & Co. and they decided it was time to make their voices, as well as those of their friends, families and fellow Patriots, heard!
True Patriots know what it means to love this country and what it's supposed to stand for. True Patriots know Dubya and his band of rabidly-nationalistic, flag-waving fans do not represent real American values and ideals. True Patriots know that patriotism is about loving the country and its people, not the politicians. True Patriots know that to be aware, concerned and involved are the duties of each American. It is NOT patriotic to stand on the sidelines and cheer for a corrupt and devious government. It IS Patriotic to know when it's time to give The President The Finger. That time is now, and that's what F.U.W. is all about.
