Bio:
I am a widower living in the mountains of northwestern Virginia with my dog Blackie. Thirty years ago I played guitar and wrote ballads for my family, but the pressures of raising a family and working for a living left little time for that, so I stopped.

Now I am retired and am returning to my love of music. I now have a guitar (an Alvarez Artist), which I am learning, so I still need to use GarageBand loops for my compositions. I am trying to teach myself to play piano on a Kawai ES1 and have started to play short phrases in my compositions.

I love to write and record songs that give honor to my Lord Jesus. I thank Him for the talents He has given me and for the opportunity to share His love through music.

UPDATE: I am now the thankful owner of an M-Audio Keystation 61es.
