Bio:
I've been playing guitar for 20 years plus and still consider myself a learner. I started recording on a tascam 4 track portastudio ten years ago and have just moved on to Garageband as a means of having more tracks to play with and avoiding bouncing down. I'm happiest playing Blues/Rock but will have a go at anything if it takes my fancy. I think the most useful thing I heard is that you don't "work" a guitar, you "Play" it. It's an instrument, not a spanner. The first band I was in was called "Static" (and indeed never went anywhere) formed at school. Following that, I was in "Mirrorball" and in both bands had the privilege to work with my writing partner John Carlin. Currently working on a semi-acoustic project with Vikki Lea with a view to playing a few gigs.
