Music Background Original alternative/indie rock. I was in a power trio for a decade or so and consequently approach recording from a real instrument perspective. I have only recently started playing the drums. Keyboards are a new element to my songwriting and compositional approach. I'm interested in writing in a wide range of rock music from Soundgarden to Elliott Smith or Tom Waits to the Jayhawks
