I am over 40. Most of my adult life has been taken up with boring work or relaxing between work, some times for long periods. I learnt to play the guitar (not very well) at an after school club and that was it I was hooked. Highlights of my life to date include; Glastonbury festival in 1981, not that I remember much. Standing on the stage of my local venue, the Apollo Theatre, Ardwick Green, Manchester, after I took a wrong turn. Listening to my friends amazing mail order record collection back in 1975. Over the years I have played in, or helped out many bands, mostly playing Bass. Bands as diverse as Compact And Bijou, a pub/bar band (covers) to The Snails, an avant-garde New Wave outfit. I am married to Elizabeth, who is simply the best, and have a dog Rollo.
