Bio:
Currently finishing off my honours year of a bachelor of music/composition (which is why I really haven't been here much at all) and at the time someone actually reads this, I am most likely to be finishing off my study at Luleå University in Sweden... or galavanting around various parts of Europe or Japan (once again, affording to be able to do this is the OTHER reason why I haven't really been around here much.) Anyway, below is some music I've written with other here at Macjams... and below that is some of my own, more obscure stuff.

Music Background
Classical piano lessons for 15 years and some drums lessons for 5, but it wasn't until an unfortunate turn of chance that I was almost forced into composition instead of piano, but it isn't something I have regretted. My influences are based in the 21st centurary from Rachmaninov, Stockhausin, Terry Riely to Dave Brubeck, Chick Corea, Ben Folds Five, Dream Theater, Mars Volta, Tool, Opeth... the list will go on as long as I can remember names.
Music Skills
Classically Trained Pianist to university grade. I have been called a 'musical' drummer, whatever that means. I have sung in bands and other groups... but that was because no one else could at the time. I am also practising various Indonesian Gamelan Instruments and learning how to use one of the greatest musicial instruments on a computer: Max/MSP
Music Hardware
Kawai ES1 Electric Piano, Eurorack US1002 mixer, C-1 Condenser Mic, 1 Drum Kit, 1 Djembe, 1 Crappy Guitar that I detune to match the chord I want to play.... and a rather large resource of musicians, expertise and hardware at my university.
