Bio:
We don't play that often, but when we do, we play for hours on end, recording everything that happens. These tracks are all taken from those sessions. It's bound to bend some ears. We make no pretense that any of this is easy listening, nor do we gloat about our production skills. It is, however, all impovisational, all live, no dubs...ever, only home made "live" loops if any are used, usually mic'd with a couple of strategically placed mini stereo mics playing whatever instruments happen to be laying about the studio when the recorder gets turned on. Including: acoustic and electric guitars, basses, harmonicas, mandolins, a modified hammer dulcimer (sporting dual humbuckers), a saw and a bow (my brother's pretty darn good on that thing), a bass banjo, a variety of percussion instruments (mostly home made)...and anything else that makes noise...the occasional printer, scanner, electric shavers, dogs, water bottles, old plastic buckets, ping pong balls, pissed off wives.
