Bio:
I'm a singer/songwriter from the South Wales valleys and have been writing songs of one sort or another since my teens. I started off listening to nothing but hip hop, until a friend introduced me to the Kinks. Since then I've spent most of the last 15 years emersed in sixties and seventies rock and singer/songwriter stuff (Neil Young, Harry Nilsson, CCR, Little Feat, The Band being amongst my favourites).
I fronted a live hip hop band called Boy Named Su between 2003 and 2005 with whom I recorded around 50 tracks. Since then I've been writing and recording songs in the spirit of the music I've been listening to.
The plan for the future is a bit different.. simple catchy pop songs, hip hop beats and some quirky electronic/synth sounds for good measure. Watch this space..
