Find this artist in drop-down: Through the years, as far as music is concerned... Ancient history: Studied/played clarinet 1961-1970. Played tenor sax in 3 different soul/motown bands 1965-1970. Self-taught on the guitar starting in the late sixties. Played guitar in church worship setting for several years mid-eighties to early nineties. Current history: Still playing guitar and tenor sax, and still learning. Writing and recording songs since 2001. Performing (vocal & guitar) American standards and other popular tunes once a month since 2005 at a local rehabilitation/convalescent center. Posting songs here at MacJams since 2004, participating in various music collaborations, otherwise enjoying the music and benefiting from the learning that results from being a part of this music community.
