Bio:
I grew up on Dire Straits, Def Leppard, Phil Collins, Paul Simon, and Eric Clapton. Then I discovered heavy metal. [long pause] Did the post-rock thing for a while, thinking my 'tortured' soul could could only express itself in chaotic guitar crescendos. ha! Unfortunately, I completely murdered any potential that band had by smothering our beautiful melodies and delicate playing with massive dueling harmonies and other 80s histrionics. hmm, sorry guys.
I then went to Japan and discovered a true and pure passion for whiskey-fueled karaoke. Utterly shameful.
I am sure there is evidence online. Don't look, Mum.
So, anyway, let's try and squeeze all that into some simple catchy songs, or something.
Previous musical outings:
Squipplepippy
Flat World Folded
Visco Thomas
Also, I try to be as honest and frank in my critique of other artists' music as possible. I think the only useful comment is a constructive one and I don't want to contribute to MJ being a Mutual Appreciation Society. In return, of course, I am only really seeking constructive criticism from listeners here.
