I started playing guitar when I was a little kid. I've been playing since then, somewhere around 15 years later.
I played in bands while in high school and did a bit of travelling with a rather serious band once I got out of high school. I quit playing in bands about a decade ago, and have not really jammed with anyone since. I have intentions to do so in the future, but my wife and I just had a baby, so that will probably never happen.
For the last two years, I have been interested in writing songs for myself. After moving across the country with my family, I realized I had no friends to jam with, so I attempted to sing my own songs as well. Now I write, perform and record all my tunes on my laptop in a small space up in my attick. Being new to the area (Colorado), and having no one to jam with or be inspired by - I joined Macjams.
