Bio:
Born in New York and came to California as a youngster. Started off as a drummer (I figured it was easier than learning a musical instrument....just kidding). I studied with Terry Bozzio of Frank Zappa fame and then extensively with Freddie Gruber (teacher of Neil Peart, Steve Smith and many others). Played professionally for a number of years and then veered off into singing. Influences include The Beatles, Crowded House, Led Zeppelin, Oasis and some old prog rock dinosaurs. I'm currently learning guitar and playing very badly with sore fingers.
