Bio:
Hello Macjammers! It's been about a year since ive been here and posted anything since my prison stint, just kidding. I have been busy writing and recording demos for our full band to eventually record for a more polished final product. I know I said that a year ago, but I have a very busy schedule with my day job, playing out three nights a week, teaching baby seals to swim, training hearing ear dogs for deaf people, and making it to my pathological liars anonymous meetings.
I have lived in Jacksonville Florida all of my life watching our huge, flat slab of city expand with corporate offices, industry warehouses and Starbucks as far as the eye can see. Ive played in original bands for nearly 20 years writing more material than I can remember.
I now play in a cover band Roger That in front of large crowds, some are actually groupies, and for decent money. Go figure.
We have created a grand scheme to slip in our original music to the general cover listening bar dwellers, and so far, to our surprise, has been effective.
So we have sacraficed some respect to some up and coming garage band emo kids for being a "cover" band and "selling out". The bottom line is people Know who we are, not them. We get paid to play, they dont. We dont wear our little sisters pants, they do.
