I'm using GB with a Shure PG58 Mic and M-Audio Keystation 49-e plugged into a Behringer Eurorack UB502 (if anyone's interested!) and occassionally a Yamaha YAS-23 Alto sax.
For my earlier stuff, I've got a Samick acoustic guitar plugged in using a cheap sound hole pickup combined with a mic on the fret to pick up a few more 'real' sounds from the strings. My more recent stuff has my swanky new Takamine EG540SC - oooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :-)
