Here's my entry:
Sitcom Psychedelica (Woodstock after-party) This is the long lost proposed soundtrack to "Acid Trips, the Sitcom" (which was never picked up by the networks, sadly, even tho it was billed optimistically as a cross between "I Dream Of Jeanie" and "Easy Rider"), kind of road trip Kerouac video journal that started at Yasgars Farm in 1969 but never ended anywhere. Herbie Hancock lent his vibe, but Sly was unable to show up to the session and so its missing the usual guitar parts. (Anybody want to add them back in?) This version was captured at the after-party that took place in a Studio 54 look-alike venue that never got any coverage, "The Go-Go Barn," right off Highway 55 outside Bethel, NY. Woodstock Line Up and Song List (Sly did make it on stage the following day, somehow, as you can see from the line up.) |

right then ... we met dee at the festival
3 a.m. [smile/dee1962z][woodstock] ummm feter ... cut and paste? I have finally figured this out but now I have forgotten what to use it for. |
