Guitar Rig 3
Saturday, January 23 2010 @ 01:54 PM CST
Hey guys. Finally invested in the wonderful world of Guitar Rig - how do I mute the dry guitar when recording with Logic Express again so I just hear the effect ?? I've not used any software like this in a while and its baffling me !
Apologies - this will be something obvious ! Many thanks as always. |

Hi You need to be a bit more specific...How are you getting your guitar into your computer firstly...You may need to turn software monitoring on in Logic...Use a mono audio track...Insert GR3 and arm the record button...It could have to do with your interface but I can't help without knowing about that..Taylor....Check out my post here...Great Logic Tips for some great videos...That part has nothing to do with your problem, but it is worth the look see..T

Thanks for getting back - I'm using a Tascam US122L interface. I'll have a look at its manual. I t must be something on the monitoring side.
Thanks again. |

Hey T - Looks like I was spending to much time looking at the software and Logic and not looking at the really obvious monitor dial on the Tascam !!
Thanks for your patience and help ! Have a nice weekend. |
