Re:Mastering on mp3 file
Tuesday, June 14 2011 @ 06:56 AM CDT
Thanks to all of you for kind responses...
Lots of guiding and helping people here and I'm just happy to know you guys. I didn't know about Ozone and I'm downloading a full trial version which runs for 10 days. I'll run it at home tonight and give it a try, taking Michael's notes as a guide. Thanks also to Maurice, we have PM'ed before and he also asked to share a file with him for a try... So I decided to put one here. (That's just an example. Please don't take it seriously as a performance )https://rapidshare.com/files/1325240908/So_What.mp3 But I really don't want to take your time and efforts. Because, actually each mp3 (or wav) file is about 2 hours long and there are lots of it. I have to dig out which parts I would like to use first and then crop them. There must be at least 10 takes of each song. I mean I got a serious process ahead. All of these are recorded in the same fashion. So if I learn the basic parameters in Ozone. I think I can do the rest. Oh, and maybe you would advice to leave it off like that. Thanks, Murat |
