Is Jampacks 3 not available free anymore?

Hi Jammers, i haven't been on for a long while, and haven't made music for longer, and upon returning to my craft, i go to play some old songs and find garageband3 files missing. No problem says i, ill go dl it again. Lo and behold every site i go on now charges a fee to access what was a free download.
Ever cynical about the web communities ability to stave of commercial and corporate greed's unstoppable march into every aspect of our lives, i turn to you Jammers for help...am i missing something here?
Is there something i should know that could abate my cynicism ?
Basically...i need those files lol

As far as I know, Jampacks were never free. Now all the Jampacks are bundled with Logic, for $200, which is a great deal compared to the old prices.

jampacks were always $99 (unless you bought Logic Studio). if you saw them free somewhere, they were pirated.

They were never free, as has been stated, but the cheapest way to get ALL the jampacks is to buy Mainstage from the app store. Once you've installed it [even if you never use it] you are given the option to download the jampacks - every one. Huge files, so it takes forever! But at £20 it's a real bargain. Some details:
