I suffer with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Among the wonders of my life has been sleeping with a woman who almost always woke up when I began having one of the nightmares; she would start stroking my forehead and talking to me, and then the dream would change from the usual course and I'd wake up OK. I'm glad I knew Jenny.

I've been through the Cat video section of YouTube many times. I love this particular one. Most of us just need to be shown love, understanding and comfort to wake up each day okay.
