I would have to say Superman because he seemed to me at least, he was stronger in morals, compassion, he could fly and go into outer space if he needed too. And oh ya.... he believed in Truth, Justice and the American Way. Music is the master link in the chain of the tribes of mankind! -SloParts and so it goes... |

Ah right the enlightened dawn has wiped away my ignorance...I did not know this. I picked up the ukulele at about 12 years of age and picked up the piano at about the same time. The ukulele is a far smaller instrument and did not give me a hernia. |

Wikipedia:
Eric Patrick Clapton was born in Ripley, Surrey, England, the son of 16 year old Patricia Molly Clapton (b. 7 January 1929) and Edward Walter Fryer (21 March 1920 - 15 May 1985), a 24-year-old soldier from Montreal, Quebec. Fryer shipped off to war prior to Clapton's birth and then returned to Canada. Clapton grew up with his grandmother, Rose, and her second husband Jack, believing they were his parents and that his mother was his older sister. Their surname was Clapp, which has given rise to the widespread but erroneous belief that Clapton's real surname is Clapp (Reginald Cecil Clapton is the name of Rose's first husband, Eric Clapton's maternal grandfather). Years later, his mother married another Canadian soldier, and moved to Canada, leaving young Eric with his grandparents in distant Surrey. I did not know all this... what a mess! What a monumental achievement to have come out of such a dysfunctional background to become the great talent that he is. Not that I'm taking one side or the other on the Eric Clapton debate, of course...

This thread started before I became a member, I left for a few years, and it still lives after my return. In all that time Clapton's music has remained as boring to me as ever. Of course, this is only my opinion and not meant to offend any fans out there.

I still think Superman is stronger than The Hulk. Although it hard to compare the two as Superman is an alien. Illegal at that.
