A great example of a ludicrously deceptive headline

Here's what's happening: only 40% of the CO2 we pump in the air stays there, the rest gets absorbed by the earth. In other words, we're screwed, but it could have been a lot worse. It's conceivable that the earth is getting saturated, so we might be getting screwed a whole lot more in the future. The study quoted only states that this ratio has not changed, so we're only screwed pretty badly, not really badly.
