Blah blah blah, who cares, join the cult and don't voice anything real.

End of rant.

60 million people don't have any health insurance. Millions are unemployed with little chance of ever getting a decent job.

I don't see any links or sites about where to help them, even though it's quite likely you were standing right next to them today. In fact, here in the "homeland" people are actively working at the political level to steal from the needy, steal from the elderly and steal from the few people who have jobs remaining.

You want to help the entire world, then help to hold criminal politicos, bankers and torturers accountable with arrests, trials and convictions. Then, maybe more Americans will be in a financial position to actually help someone else.

End of rant.

The government is now completely controlled by the large corporations. They donate huge sums of money to politicians and they do the corporations' bidding. The greed which has made America great is now eroding it away. The Fed is run and owned by banks and what do you know, they print money and just give it to the banks for next to zero interest. In the long run, once the economy bounces back, and all the printed money hits the market, the dollar will likely plummet. It is in essence robbing everyone in America of their wealth and giving it to the large banks. I see a revolution coming because this problem is going to get worse. Evan Obama, running on change, has fallen right in line. Mandatory national healthcare with NO bargaining rights with pharmaceutical companies is going to guarantee record profits for drug companies. Bank "bailouts" with no real changes in banking regulations (and no prosecutions for the blatant trillions of dollars in fraud). Obama has been continuing the idiotic and pointless wars as well. How exactly do we win either war? We cant win, in fact there isn't even a defined way to win. Tax cuts for multimillionaires and billionaires while vast numbers of people live in poverty and the national debt skyrockets to the point where the interest on the debt is one of the largest government expenditures. The huge social security surpluses of the past 40+ years have been fraudulently spent. Now they say it is broke and need to cut it, rofl. It is no different than what Bernie Madoff did. Ugh, I am going to stop now before a blood vessel ruptures in my brain.

Actually, I could use a break from the 'controversies' of life. I come here for music and to form friendships. I hear MSNBC and Fox have blogs for such niceties as this. Ok... but one might say I have weighed in on these political rants. And I have.... but to what end... it only perpetuated ill feeling amongst us and for that I apologize. So, I am pulling my muzzle from the trough and going free range, baby!

anyone else!?

Opps, opened my mind again and shared something. Don't worry everyone, it's closed tightly again.

Luckily for me, I'm living thousands of miles away from either of those places, and so I can reserve the right to not care about anyone. Isn't that just swell?

A noble sentiment.

I'll be fine. honest.

And that's where I don't believe you. Have you seen the statistics on people going bankrupt because of medical expenses? How do you know that is not going to happen to you?
