As an unrepentant dance-beat guy who occasionally wanders perilously close to disco at times, I'd be keenly curious to hear what a MacJams producer - particularly from the non-dance part of town - might do with one of my tunes. No restrictions, no limitations.

I just can't spare time to be a producer (too many time obligations besides the Cover Challenge and MacJams City 3) but if anyone wants to produce a tune I've posted here (or an earlier song from my Rik years, if anyone remembers any!) I'll be happy to send them the raw tracks and let them do their thing.

Please put me in as an artist.

After the final "pairing" is announced Dec. 1st the artist and producer will talk about track selection. It will be the artist choice. Any track is open game. If it is a track in works ..... the artist will post their version either prior to or at the deadline for comparision. ... clear as mud??

So - December first I get paired with a producer.
Then I either have demo ready for them to work with - or we choose from my catalog to create an alternate mix.
Clear.

i have just heard the first amazing re-working of this track by one of the greatest producers/re-mixer on macjams - hopefully it will be posted soon - come on you knob twiddlers - give it a whirl
