I'd offer up one of the tracks I am working on -- I suck at production, so this would be interesting

OK relax.... this isn't another challenge .. yet. There are 2 really cool challenges to take us into the new year. This is something I have been thinking about a lot lately. I have listened to several "versions" of tracks by MJ artist who have allowed a "re-production" of their work and hearing such amazing variations accomplished simply from a new idea in the final mix. So...would there be any interest in a "Producers Challenge"? The aim ...I think.... would be to pair artist to producer .... have a specific tune re mixed and produced. The cool thing about this challenge would be "everyone" has a shot to participate. We all mix our tunes. So drakonis could be a producer for dimm witness ..... imagine that. Some details to work out I am sure. Is this idea just dumb?

michael2 .... producer
tf10music ...artist

btw random pairing ok??

I have finally figured this out but now I have forgotten what to use it for.

can i put myself in as both artist AND producer (not on the same track lol, of course) ... two separate tunes? if so, count me IN ... if not, count me IN (in which case, jack, i'll let you decide which category i fall in ... i love both)

this will be a true adventure Wink .... one for the books!
