Replacing pu's in a Gibson ES 335
Tuesday, March 20 2012 @ 03:34 AM CDT
Hi guys, it's been a while.
I just replaced the pick up's in my ES335 and had fellow macjammer Bent as company and support while I dived into the electronics of the guitar. He brought his camera and documented the process. Thought I'd share it with you, cause I think he made it come pretty cool:-) Imagination is more important than knowledge! - Albert Einstein. |

Nice work on the pup replacement, Thor — and on the lovely groove, as well. Bent did a good job of editing and making it flow.

What's it say about me that I just spent the last 3 minutes and 34 seconds of my life watching a guy changing a pickup? lol
Actually, the 335 is the one Gibson guitar I most covet these days. Should never have let the old one slide through my hands. When philosophy and reality collide, reality wins, Snow Gretzky |
