Woodstock Glasto 2012
Sunday, July 08 2012 @ 07:42 PM CDT

THREE WEEKS OF PEACE & MUSIC

August 10 through August 31, 2012

so-called rules:

Make your entry be something like a song that might have been heard at the

1969 Woodstock Music Festival
or the
1970 Glastonbury Festival

style-wise, or simply in-the-spirit of it.

There will be no voting, no winner.
The point is to challenge ourselves, share our efforts, and enjoy the results!

Collaborations are encouraged, but not necessary.
Multiple entries welcome!

Include "woodstock 2012" or "glastonbury 2012" in your song title.

1970 is too early for disco, right?

You know the Woodstock generation of the 1960s that were so full of themselves and conceited? None of those people could dance.

I always thought that was a funny cross-generational way of looking at an era.

Victor.

There's a saying among alcoholics.
"Once you dance sober - you'll understand why you drank."

Yeah, but it was just a matter of time before the chocolate of Motown and the peanut butter of jazz-rock would turn into the Reese cup of disco.

Hear (and see) our latest: "Dark Waters" http://www.macjams.com/song/71128 http://youtu.be/-CF57HYV7VQ
