I thought Simon said he was going to incorporate on the server side. It would alleviate the need for newComments. As a side note, your column sort and the newFavorites still work together.

So, yes..... Nobody should use newComments anymore unless Simon decides he doesn't want to work on it (in which case I'll revamp mine).

I updated the first post in this thread. Those who have removed the newComments script for crashing all other scripts can now put it back in. The code has been re-written and is much more efficient and, most importantly, tested to make sure it works with all other scripts. On a sad note, there are no little icons for Halloween and such.

Coding for newComments had been updated slightly. Should now work regardless of whether it's before or after Smokey's album sort.

Extra stuff has been added as well. If you have current comments (red and on fire), it will show you the count of current comments next to the count of actual songs.
