Unlimited EQ plugin?

Anyone know of an EQ plugin (AU and/or RTAS) that I can keep on adding curves to? Be it 20, 40, 60 etc... All the EQ's I can find are 4-10 curves, and some of them are 30.

Just out of curiosity... why would you want to add so many curves?
Generally speaking, a minimal amount of EQ tweaking is recommended for recording, mixing or mastering — and usually by subtraction, to deal with troublesome frequencies. IF I wanted to do this, I'd stack a bunch of 10 band parametric eqs in the channel inserts. Use the very clean 'digital' type rather than one with 'colour' and then some kind of saturation plug at beginning and end of the chain.
