You could say that, although "care" and "recognizes" are probably not the best words to describe the situation. The basic idea is fundamental to quantum mechanics. It's quite a huge topic and bumps up against the interpretations of the mathematical formulation of quantum mechanics. Physics meets philosophy out there at the cutting edge. A good starting place, if yer interested, would be to read up on the Copenhagen Interpretation, the work of Bohr and Heisenberg. My music is much better than it sounds. |
