Satellite Tragedy
Tuesday, August 14 2012 @ 11:25 AM CDT

Wow.. long time, MacJams. Miss this place a ton. Life's been crazy but I hope to start posting tunes again very soon. For now I just wanted to drop in to announce the release of Satellite Tragedy's second full length album 'Soundtrack for an Ascension', availaable on iTunes and Bandcamp (links below).

I also wanted to thank those of you that took the time to comment on the songs when I posted them here as demos. You helped make them what they are today.

Thanks for reading and spread the word if you dig the album!

Satellite Tragedy 'Soundtrack for an Ascension':

iTunes -http://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/soundtrack-for-an-ascension/id552524516
Bandcamp -http://satellitetragedy.bandcamp.com/

See you back here soon!

Back to thank my bandmate Scott Davies (12parsecs) for one hell of a mastering job. The dude is a genius. Check out his MJ tunes. You won't be disappointed -http://www.macjams.com/artist/12parsecs

Also, the final track on the album. 'Whales and Sea Monsters' features music written and recorded by Particle Dots. Thanks for giving me the go ahead to include it on the album, brother. It turned out to be a great closer. Check out Particle Dots' stuff here -http://www.macjams.com/artist/particledots

Ridd, Scott and Particle Dots on one album? Soon as I get home from this damn training course I'm buying that mother.

I second your thoughts on Scott's production and mastering, he is the daddy. Just look at what he did on our collaboration "Okey Dokey smokes (Undone)"

Excellent - can't wait to hear it. Great lineup.

It's better to regret something you have done, than something you haven't done.
