All my past and future tunes are voting disabled. And I'm really happy they took the old ratings off the old songs where I disabled voting.

By the way - I tried disabling a song - then re-enabling it - and the voting score came back. Don't know if that was a fluke, but maybe the data isn't really deleted, just hidden?

Thanks to those who've responded to this post - spread the word. I'm experiencing a whole new phenomenon. Drive by faving. Faved without comment. I'm not complaining - it's just very interesting how this thing works. You can bomb a rating - but you can't bomb faving. You gotta love it.

I've noticed some songs that were fave'd twice by the same person. Maybe that's a new way to use/abuse/break the system?!

That's a new one on me - and unfortunate. The idea is to come to an equitable solution to system abuse.

I just tried it, and the attempt is recognized and blocked. Whatever song it was must have been a fluke. I agree - 1 fav/vote to one listener makes sense to me.

I'm in. I would much rather have honest comments and criticism than votes.

File this under the MacJams Disability Act of 2007.

Is this the opposite of Rock the Vote?
