Five Days To Go...

Just a reminder that when the dust settles after all the entries are in after LIOLI Weekend closes Monday night, work will begin on the Loop It Or Lose It: Round 7 Podcast. This will take a couple of weeks, but when it's done it will feature all the entries everyone put together for this round, will choice commentary by yours truly from my Secret Abandoned Soundstage Liar.

Dr. L

LOL - Man you are such a loser! "LIAR" - you meant "LAIR" - seesh!!!

Seesh? You meant "sheesh"?

"Sheesh," he said sheepishly.

LIOLI Weekend is just a few days away... have the supposed team of 'Super Loopers' who were supposed to liberate MacJams City with their little attemps at crafting some paltry piece of music with my Nefarious Loop, all become lost at Woodstock to pluck daisies and think dreamy pastel-colored thoughts? Could it be?

My, my, my. I think of all the innocent, good citizens of MacJams City, telling themselves that the Heroes will indeed come, the Nefarious Loop was no match for the Heroes, the Super Loopers will live up to their bold words and run me out of town on an A string... they're all so hopeful. Even the little puppies... and kittens... and guppies and hamsters and turtles, all waiting for the Heroes. "They're coming" they say, watching the horizon and waiting for Saturday's dawn. "They won't forget us."

But, hee hee hee, it seems that the 'Heroes' would rather lie in the sun and blow dandelion seeds into rainbow-colored skies, or hold hands and draw peace signs in aqua-colored smoke. "They have forgotten you", I laugh, "they're off creating incredible, amazing music for MJWoodstock now, they won't have anything left when LIOLI Weekend arrives. And then, hah HAHHH, your fair city will then be MINE!!!"

And then do you know what the gentle citizens of MacJams City will do? Why, they'll all weep, and weep, and weep... boo hoo!

I believe... there will be silence... in MacJams City this weekend!

BwahhhAHHHhaahhaahhahahaha (cough cough cough wheeeeeeze....)

I've revisited my entry - given it a final tweak - and aptly titled it "Requiem for Dr. Lioli".

Funny. The working title of ours is "Die, Dr. LIOLI, Die. Love, The Orbiting."

I've just been informed that MacJams CIA has narrowed down the search for the lair of the nefarious Dr Lioli's bunker to a 10 square block area outside of the city in the abandoned fish processing area near the channel of where the Harmony River meets the Soundstage lagoon.

At this very moment they are assembling a sizable force to do a building to building search of the area. It's not yet determined when the search will begin, but my guess would be this weekend. I fully expect the effort will be timed to coincide with the MacJams Super Hero's releasing a barrage of musical mayhem playing over loudspeakers throughout MacJams City over the entire weekend.

With any luck at all, Dr. Lioli will vanish into whatever realm or dimension from which he came, and we will be rid of him forever.

This is an official report from MacJams CIA, coded Ultra Classified.

Do not let this get into the hands of anyone know to be friendly with the Dr. We want this to be a surprise raid.

Maybe they will get Dr Lioli using one of these:

"they're makin' these trucks
with a laser beam that can burn you down from a mile away
(at all costs we're gonna win this war)"
