| switte | 10/10 | I have a firewire 410 hooked up to my powerbook 800 and I love it. The mic pre-amps sound great hooked up to a condenser mic and the work great for plugging an electric guitar right in. I have had no problems with the device at all. Great product. |
| blamm | 8/10 | I've been using this interface since 08/2004 and I really like it. My only complaint is that it really isn't as sturdy as it could be. When you're plugging in an XLR, for instance...you feel like you're going to break something. I tripped on a headphone cable and now one of my headphone jacks has a small short in it (my own damn fault, I know...but still speaks to the ruggedness). Overall, a great device. The software mixer that comes with it takes some work to learn...but it's a great tool, too. |
