Description:
An acoustic guitar solo with a spanish flavor.

A romantic meeting taking place in a far away land. The anticipation, the fluttering hearts soon to embrace for the first time. Endless dreams longed for what truly seemed like an eternity. An eternity of not knowing, and eternity of endless hopes being dashed by promises of previous lovers.

The passion of two in-love souls finally no longer imprisoned by decades of fears of false hopes.

Around that corner... hearing soft footsteps... A sound so beautiful that God's celestial music bows in humble adoration.
Angels truly looking down in great pleasure finally realizing that their job has been done.
Symbolic-revealing dreams though preciously given are now cherished and embraced with astounding amazement.

Realizing that those dreams where given for eternal happiness, they where not whimsical after all. Both understood, both possessed the understanding of those sacred symbols.

. . . finally . . . an endless lifetime of waiting is over.

Finally!

Lovely clear acoustic sound here, sounds like you are
playing in my room! Great finger picking work, it is
difficult to make one guitar sounds so full and expressive
but you seem to manage it efforlessly!

Thanks stevel for stopping by.
It is a challenge to record. But I have been trying my best. it amazes me when I
go to a garagband forum seeking advice and topics that I am sure would be
there I can't see to find. So it's a little here and a little there.

Glad you enjoyed it, thanks.

to this as you work your way through those E chords and
A chords. Well done, Bill.

I had recorded leads and even put slide in. But it seemed like the acoustic
fingerpicking gave it more of an ambience similar to a romantic quite street in
spain.
Kind of like your setting with redwing. I was inspired how people took to your
quiet acoustic nature feeling.

Thanks Tom

I love Spain and this took me straight there. The track will
be on rotation this afternoon.

Could you post some guitar-taping tips.

I'm finding capturing an accoustic guitar truly
professionally quite hard.

Thanks eltopo

I really appreciate putting this musical piece in your player. That is one special
way that makes going through the effort of recording worth it when musicians
and non-musicians value a piece so much they want to play the tune on their
own system.

Yippie :)

Thanks

not that I don't love all of this great music out here, but this
was a nice little gem to stumble across this evening. A bit of
a departure for you...maybe more is a good idea?

Thanks TT.

the middle. This is a really lovely piece, and
beautifully played. A wonderful showcase for your

Stirring. &mdash 05/16/05 - 05:38:05 PM
I read the description you posted as I was listening- as if
it was poetry that went with the tune. It was very fitting.
Love the picture you used as well. Makes me want to go
on vacation. Oh wait, I'm a musician. I don't have a real
job...Everyday is a vacation! Anyway, really nice tune,
Tiler!

Stirring. &mdash 05/16/05 - 08:17:58 PM
Thanks Emily for stopping by, especially the comment about symbols in
dreams, you worded it description. if you want to call it that. Some dreams
can be sensual, some dreams from our fears, some are from good things in
life that happen to us. But there are other dreams (if you want to call it that)
that are sterile that are not from us.They are not from a negative source.

They are given to use from heaven, by angles, or higher.
So often we cannot understand them totally, but if you deem them important,
try to keep it in your heart always. Don't count it as stupid, or whimsical
because in the eyes of heavenly beings it is not, they look at things with
incredible precision I believe. And it most cases, and this is important: It is for
our private use, not to change the world or making you think that your are
this prophet etc. There is a great danger there because man can be so prone
to be power hungry that what seems to be earth changing could be in MOST
cases involving you or one or ones you care about.

As Usual &mdash 05/17/05 - 06:50:04 AM
As you know the Guitar Solo is my personal favorite. I
thinh the only error is listing it here in acoustic NewAge.
You are truly a clasical composer for the 21st century!
Your guitar sings and breathes with a life of it's own.
Again, I say your music oozes emotion. this is evidenced
by the mastery of your dynamics.

Thanks Patman, I have trouble sometimes of putting things in the right genre.
I think I will put it in classical based on what you said.

Thanks for the kind post !

this is first acoustic guitar i hear on macjams ... it is quite
lovely ... reminds me much of childhood in la cuidad de
Mxico ... my papa has friend who plays guitar like this,
possibly not as well as you ... but your hearts are in same
place ... music should always come from the heart! ...
thank you ...

The guitar fits in well with the theme. Very melodic. Makes
me want to be a bullfighter if I could only fit in those tight

technique is very inspiring. As is the composition. Your
playing seems to me to be on a higher plane here. The
piece? Everything is so right, the song, the playing and
the discription. They all mesh beautifully. Awesome, Bill

The eternal romantic &mdash 05/18/05 - 02:39:21 PM
Enjoyably flowing guitar work. I actually think this *does*
fit better in New Age than in Classical, not sure why, some
of the chord progressions you chose seem more new-age.
Anyway, I liked the way this sort of meandered down the
cobblestone streets of my mind... great journey! And
awesome photo too! Was this taken two seconds before
the bulls came rumbling through? :-)

Clean recording, nice music. It's not easy to get a clean acoustic guitar sound that carries full dynamics but you did a great job.
