Wouldn't have placed...
...the melody right away without the title. I like that the
melody is broken up and played with throughout the
piece. I should play this for Bella, a little one in my family,
to see if she recognizes it. She often skips around in a
circle for hours (literally...) singing "Sip, sip, sip to ma
lou." It's a good thing she's cute... Anyway, this is well
done as always Tiler! Those fingers have no limits!

Blue me away.
Heard a hint of Little Martha in there, just enough to be an
influence, not a derivative.

I now have more tiler tunes in the iTunes folder than any
other two MacJammers put together.

Gentle and sure playing
Wonderful. I'd rename the piece. it may be derivative, but
isn't really a re-arrangement. Excellent sound. Gentle,
sure performance; well placed mix. Sensitive. Very good
track.

Thanks for coming by. I put variation at the end of the title based on what you
said.
Thanks for the critique and tip off on the title.

Fabulous Playing
i wish i had these skills on my acoustic... maybe i need to
take some lessons.

I wouldn't have recognized it as titled, but it is a beautiful
piece nonetheless. What mix there is transparent... boils
down to getting the mic'ing down... and that you've done.

Fabulous Playing
Thanks dc for stopping by. You sure have a lot of skills, not cut yourself short.
Mine are just a little different. Not to say that you'll not get into acoustic more.

Thanks so much for posting. Ya, getting 2 mics really helped me.

Warm
What a beautiful, warm sound. I feel like I'm right in the
room with you.

Some of the licks remind me of the guitarist from Yes, on
the album Fragile (around 1973).

And thanks for your kind words about my Bach Jazz track.

Wow -- the more I listen, the more impressed I am. What
great technique, and much heart & soul!

Thanks John

Ya Steve Howe is a fine guitarist. He does one called Turn of the Century that is
really cool and there is that famous "Yes" high singin vocals :) I have not heard
all of his guitar solos. But if any heard a favorite I would love to hear it.

Thanks for posting

Always a treat
your guitar playing is so sensitive and just so
straightforward. A breath of fresh air. It's a bit of an
adventure at times, as some of the more difficult passages
I wonder how and if you'll pull them off, but then you
do...You don't just settle for what's easy and that really
inspiring.

Fun Tune
This is a great thing to do. Take familiar songs and
explore in new directions. Basically what jazz guitarists do
although they generally venture too far from the melody
which you do not. Another nice fingerpicking piece from
the master.

Refreshing and cool like a good beer
I loved this for its simplicity, and alos for its intricate playing.
Your picking technique is excellent; is it all finger-picking or
some hybrid. Either way its impressive.
Lyrics on top would make this buyable for me, but on its own
it could make a great background for a movie-type affair.

Brilliant work.

ya repetition helps, if ya do something over and over again somethings bound to

Glorious....
I have hovered around about leaving a comment for this
song for ages... because I don't know what to say beyond
that it's great. The technique is wonderful - but what's
more imporant is the sheer musicality and feeling. That's
what carries me away...

Le Lac des Abbesess wow- lots of trill type tricks - really neat
One Morning in May - Nice fingerpicking with the singin - kinda Gorden
Lightfoot style.
wow I think I'll buy this one: Medley: Merrily Kissed the Quake
Nice Feeling - wow again nice

This guy is terrific ziti - thanks so much for clueing me into him!
