Description:
Very basic song, just me 'n' me acoustic. Would have faded out the end, but don't know how to do this in GB, However, good apple software is, the help files are by far the worst.

Lyrics:
I remember all your hopes and your dreams darlin’
Before they went away
I remember when you saw your world darlin’
Simply slip away

Just remember in sadness, in sorrow darlin’
Nothin’ ever went away
You’re the only one who brings joy to this sad world
In many different ways

I remember when you walked this road darlin’
On many different days
I remember when your thoughts and intentions darlin’
Left with yesterday

Just remember all your hopes and your dreams darlin’
Never went away
You’re the only one who brings joy to this sad world
In many different ways

I remember when you saw dark clouds darlin’
They were never far away
I remember when you let your dreams darlin’
Simply fade away

Just remember in sadness, in sorrow darlin’
Nothin’ ever went away
You’re the only one who brings joy to this sad world
In many different ways

To fade out in GB &mdash 05/21/05 - 09:30:05 PM
Cmd-B (show master track). Check Master volume. Click
on the horizontal line where you want the fade to start
creating a blue button. Click where you want fade to end
creating a second blue button. Click and hold on second
button while dragging it down. Done.

Oh, nice tune, by the way. I could see Avril Lavigne doing
a good job on this.

Nice ride &mdash 05/22/05 - 09:08:01 PM
A good story told. I like it. Nice voice. I think you could
work in a bridge part. Use a couple of the same chords
but maybe a different order. Good work. Thanks for
sharing!

Simple and effective &mdash 05/23/05 - 01:35:01 AM
The 'dryness' of this production adds a sense of
intimacy, although don't be a afraid to sing up a little
more.

You are an improving MacJammer for sure.

By the way. All the non-percussion/vocal parts on
my tracks are played with a Simon and Patrick -
these things are great guitars for the money, kids.

Very nice &mdash 05/23/05 - 04:05:32 AM
I'll second eltopo's comment ... sing up, sing up!
There's a good voice in there somewhere.
Nice song too.

Very nice &mdash 05/23/05 - 04:30:16 PM
Thanks for all the feedback guys,

I realise that it's not the worlds greatest song, but I quite liked the lyrics. I've
had a lot of uni work to do this week so time was pretty limited, plus I get really
bored with arrangements and other stuff that I've done before. I thought I'd just
try something pretty raw. And despite all your nice comments I know my voice is
flat, but I figure the more I practice and more stuff I upload the better it'll
become-I hope!!

honest &mdash 05/25/05 - 02:23:21 PM
I really like the honest approach this is. Just the acoustic
guitar and your voice. Gives a certain mood that isnt
allways present when arranging tunes with drums and
stuff (like I tend to do...).

Give us more:-)
