Description
bear with the first section, it grabs you more when the violin hits. but the recording kind of peaks and sounds kinda harsh in the begning.
this is a hard one to arrange because i really want to capture the emotion here, theres a few things i've still got up my sleve.

Lyrics
F# G
but do you know the story
F# G
one every man could tell
Em D
it's written on our eyelids
C G
it's written very well.
you left me at the house today
you forgot your phone
whats the use in trying
when your all alone
i wasted an hour
one hand toward the light
]the other one in darkness
had given up the fight
alleigh alleigh, alleigh alleighleugha(2x)
but one part of the story
i forgot to tell
late when you were sleeping
i snuck out the front door
with your keys in hand
i sat there in your car
i cried for an hour
i didnt get to far
(i cried) alleigh alleigh, . . .

This is really nice-- different. I love the concept you have
here. What a great arrangement of instruments.
Wonderful lyrics and melody. Really pulled me in and held
me. The production needs a lot of work though. I'd like to
hear your vocals and the music fill the space more. The
vocal track sounds a bit too seperate from the rest and I
also hear a couple of times when you blow into the mic.
The backing music is wonderful but seems too far back,
almost like we're hearing it come out of a small stereo
that's in the room that you're singing in rather than
actually being mixed in. Perhaps that was a creative
choice.
All in all I am really taken by this; I really like it and I'd like
to hear it mixed better.
Final nit: The end just cuts off (probably just a misplaced
end marker or one of those cases where GB2 makes it's
own arbitrary descisions as to where to end the export).
