Oh that little voice... Are you really talking about a cranium lad?!?! It seems to me we're talking about a roundish item of a different nature, eh? I loved the little voice - like the ghost that haunts my blender. I would lose the few horn lines around the top of the tune. They did not mix well with the rest of the chewy goodness. Oh that little voice... Nice one, Liverpool! Can't chat much - too much beer ... His (Kev's) head really does look exactly like a bollock!! Thanks for the input. G'night! Check out my latest song called Funeral

Love the voices at the end I'd like to hear even more vocal work, like that at the end -- they add a touch of originality that I found delightful! Check out my latest song called Nellie G.

Welcome to MacJams Creative use of the loops, nicely crafted. You have a good sense of what works with what. The voices do add some originality, as Joanna says. I'll certainly come back and listen to your next one. Check out my latest song called Amongst The Colours (w/ Luna Trick)

Smitten Interesting, fun, creative mixing. You are smitten by GarageBand. I can tell. It does that to a person. |

Brits export whimsy This is very funny. For the rest of us "smitten with GB", we begin to instantly recognize the overused loops... I waited past the beginning where I said "yup, I know that one..." etc... and definitely agree with others here that you have done a great job of integrating the well-worn loops into a fun fabric to add your lyrics of silliness to. Anyway, sorry to hear about your friend, although I guess after a lifetime of jokes about it, I imagine his head has hardened against such insults? Maybe he is compensating for increased cranial capacity. Dunno. :-) ttfn, Drakonis Check out my latest song called Lullaby for the Inner Child

whimsy is right....LOL Creative use of voicing in this! Yes, the loops are familiar and well, very familiar, but you've done a good job of mixing them and the addition of the vox is original and creative. :) Check out my latest song called For the Beauty of the Earth

talking head! Yes - its nice to hear those old favourite loops dancing about again! Have to say that you have put the GB loops together creatively with a nice sense of melody and dynamics... the vocals are very amusing too! Hope your friend doesn't get too offended S Check out my latest song called Electricity

Mummy, I'm scared... ...of all the pretty shiny teeth Shimky has in his profile picture. He said I was yummy and I'm scared he might try to bite me. All joking aside, I did really enjoy this song. Poor, poor Kev, although I suppose people have been famous for worse. You do a wondeful job integrating all the loops and voices into a really nice piece of music. You mentioned earlier that you needed tips on how to make your own loops. One of the most useful tools I've found is the looping tool (which is the button with a circle made of arrows near the Stop, Play, Rewind, etc). I don't know if it's really called the looping tool, but in my universe, it is. If you press the looping button, a bar opens at the top of the tracks and it displays a yellow area that can be made smaller and larger depending on how you drag it. If I'm trying to make a new loop, I will usually make the yellow bar the same length as the Apple loop and then shorten the area a bit at a time until I hear something I like. Then I use the Split command to cut the Apple loop into the proper sized piece and then delete the remainder. The new loop can then be treated just like any other loop and dragged out over any area of the song you like. If you have GB2, you can even save the new loops you've created. And by the way, I'm definitely not shaving off all my hair, now. Not after hearing what you had to say about Kev's head. Check out my latest song called Black Star (MJ Live Aid w/jgurner)

A weird mix I can hear your different musical influences (btw Kate Bush was my first LP-love back in the 80ies). Your genres-mix works very well. Maybe my only crtitics is, that I wouldn't have sort it under "Techno" and the Guitar-Loop you used ... an explanation could be, that I did use it for one of my early creations. I enjoyed it.
