Lyrics

the 7-11 light's coming on again...
i've been wondering
about where i could have been...

there's questions to explain
and some to endure...
illumination: how can you be so pure?

and will you light my way?

and show me what is loved
and show me what is missed:
what light and darkness is
this life's a fucking gift...

that grows sweeter for the leaving
and in between, the dreams
that we endure...

illumination: how can you be so pure?

you are great. i love your voice, and your lyrics are always

I'll take a slushy and a corn dog
Just flat out nice. You do super work. Does need that
guitar solo you mention. You switched gears from some of
your other stuff quite nicely. Like to hear more like this
one.

nice rough draft
You have the beginnings of another great song. Definately
rough (for you) but good. I'd like to hear you put more edge
and power in your singing at some point in this. Kick it up to
the next energy level for a section.
