This track is from my day's at TAXI.COM
I submitted this song for movie placement and it was excepted and
fowarded to a music supervisor, who said she will use the track in the scene the song was written for.
The scene was this:
Two friends fight sexual tension and become lovers while on a
business trip.

What they wanted:
Dirty but clean (no bad words)
Hints of sexual heat !
Bluesy yet today sounding
Think: " Kathleen Turner"
That's the film placement business !
Still don't know the name of the movie.

	A little different but still sooo damn good. Still some classic R and B sounds with a little pop mixed in. Groove is pretty darn intoxicating and hypnotic. Silky, smooth vocals as always and some very nifty guitar work. Mix sounded a little distorted but otherwise a terrific track. Check out my latest song called By Your Window

A little different
Thanks Adam,
That " really " makes my day seem better now.
I accidently deleted all the nice and positve
comments other artist and listeners left.
I feel just plain sick about that !
But as always, you are very positive and
honest. This track was recorded in 2001
it's on my first cd. ( ....The Introduction).
This is a re-mix to give it a more " flat "
urban feel.

This....is....awesome.....

If less is more...this couldn't BE more...without being
less...it's just right, right, right.....

Great groove, great feel, GREAT VOCAL without all the
fake, phony, flash vocal pyrotechnics that pass for feeling
in teenybopper R&B...it's just...right....there....insistent...

The two repeating guitar lines are amazing...so simple,
and they repeat a lot, and yet it NEVER sounds
repetitious....

Boy, this is the real deal...So glad you posted and so glad I
was lucky enough to tune in....

Yeah
I love listening to you sing. Always good. I really like your
natural, human approach. The melody, arrangement, and
performances, all great. The mixing, not as great. That kick
drum is really punching a hole in the roof, distorting. I think
other adjustments to the mix/master could give this a
cleaner, fuller, and more balanced sound. But looking past
those issues I can clearly hear your intent and it's still a
download for me.

Mesmerizing and alive
Everything comes together for you on this one. Love the
performances, the mesmerizing groove, slinky and hot and
perfect for the moment; nice lyrics too (and the repetition
would work perfect with the visuals of the scene). The mic
pop is cool when I imagine you performing in a club
someplace, which I always do cuz your sound is so present,
so live. The MIDI drum track is kind of sharp in my ears and
I'd prefer faking me into thinking a real player is playing a
skin set. But the track is a winner, all the way.
