Description
I wrote this originally as a cue for a sountrack for a film similar in content to Angela's Ashes or the like, however, it turned into a peice that seems more appropriate for the classical section. I'm quite proud of this peice and hope to do more like it in the future.

Note: It is quite soft, especially at the begining, so turn up your speakers!

Thank the new "Rate Me" window
I'm glad I caught this. It's too bad it somehow got
skipped over by everyone. This is wonderful. Gets the
hairs on my arms standing. Such a lovely and well
structured melody. Excellent piano playing and orchestra
scoring.

Some of the horns in the last third sounded a little too
midi to me, but that's likely mostly due to the quality of
the sample of that instrument. Perhaps a lower velocity
might have a more natural tone there.

Sometimes gems like this fall through the cracks at
MacJams. Well, I'll pass the link to this one on to others
who I know will love this as well.

Bravo!

lovely melody, softness
yeah, the middle section is goosebumps, even the synthy
sounds don't bother me. So lovely.

Excellent, dark piece, boogie. (And nice catch
pgreenstone, thanks for alerting me to this gem.) Such a
memorable, melody. Blown away.

Please post more like this, TheBoogieMan.

Glad i was pointed to this one...
..by PG. (Thanks!)

What a lovely song this is! Nice build-up from the solo
piano to the instrumental section. You have a very nice
touch on the piano there at the start.
I'd love to hear this with real instruments--you've worked
well with the synths, however.
Wonderful mood piece. Well done!

Thank you for posting this..and do post more! :)
