I wish Iraq qas as peaceful as the sounds in this piece.

Beautiful music. Calming and flowing to a good place.
Only critique would be the ending was a little abrupt
again. I would have gone back to your drum sound again
and then just faded out on that.

Bronco,
Thanks for listening and posting.
The main part is my image of what peace might be like in Iraq
The ending is a the drone of a bagpipe (like a Irish or Celtic funeral durge, a tribute
to our fallen soldiers)
Please stop the war!

That sound is just too incongruous. The rest is a pretty pleasant sound carpet.
I understand what you want with the bagpipe, but then I wouldn't have let it play an actual solo part of this piece, I'd do something like letting it play Amazing Grace, in a slightly wrong key, or just the wrong speed, and also mutilate the sound to make it more lo-fi.
Just a thought.

Interesting idea on the bagpipe/non bagpipe
I like Amazing Grace to much to mutilate it
but could do some odd dirge like stuff on midi keyboard
Thanks for listening and posting!

Very Brian Eno, I thought. I think the incongruity is
totally appropriate given the subject matter of the
track. It's a lovely and relaxing ambient piece but
there's an appropriately unsettling component to it
too. Really enjoyed this listening experience. Sorted!

Thanks for the positive comments
being remotely close to a Eno comparison is awesome
I love ambient music
Eno, his brother Brian , Harold Budd, and many others I picked up
on Hearts of Space (hos.com)

Yeah, I think calling both your sons Brian would be a bit much! ;-)
