"The Hangin"

This is a sequel to the Original "One Bad Dude"
Seems like people wanted to hear more of the country western outlaw by the posts that where given and the songs that have been written.

There is a train blowin in the distance. . .
a carry-in a wood box. it's for the one bad dude they've been chasing for close to 10 years. He was captured cause he was doin some good, at least some of the townsfolk seem to think so. . . Is this the end of one bad dude?

OK, Snowdragon... Joanna....
get to work. This demands the finale lyrics and vocals.

Bill, I love the percussion, the cello (?), the harmonics... the way you have arrange all of that with your finger picking. This is a fitting sequel and finale to your original. Nothing more really to say that hasn[t been said before except.... has your tile income dropped of late, 'cause all this fine music takes time, doesn't it?

OK, Snowdragon... Joanna....
Sometimes it works out that when I am the busiest in tile I get inspired the most
in music. Right now it seems pretty busy, but I have to be careful I don't burn a
candle in both ends and have my fingers get burned in the middle :)

It is so nice to chart an already very accomplished
musician's improvements over the past few months here
on MacJams.

Your songs are becoming more polished, more
imaginative in the use of various sounds. I remember how
excited you were when you first got JamPack 4!

This piece is a great blend of guitar, percussion and
strings. I particularly like your use of percussion here; it is
very "natural" sounding, perfectly balanced with the other
musical elements. Your sense of pacing is excellent also
-- the drums weave in and out of the musical texture
smoothly and with imagination.

VERY nice job on this!

this is one of my fave of yours, tiler. the wonderful melody
helps me enjoy a song of this length. the slight build-ups in
there are beautiful. the tabla drums sound out of context for
me (maybe it's just that loop stigma kicking in). i'm
wondering if snare drums could be used with similar effect-
sort of like the army had to be called in to bring this guy
down. really great tune. DL'd

I wanted to add the tabla sound to not make the JP 4 loops so detectable,
plus add a little flavor. Being that maybe Yul Brenner could come in and help
Marlon Brando out . . . ?

Could this be a set up movement for another?

I think that a mixture of Indian influence ever so slight with the complete
american marching sound could yield possibly Yul feeling
What better guy could you have as a backup than, the "2nd Bad Dude" of the
Magnificent 7?
